A limit of 500 tickets will be allocated to this raffle; numbering 001 to 500.
One ticket will be provided per each $100.00 donation to The Association.
The Raffle will be canceled if less than 201 tickets are sold. If canceled the donation fee per ticket will be returned to the registrant listed on the ticket.
All tickets are non-refundable (except for ticket sales less than 201), including those where a winner’s background check fails to pass. Purchase of a raffle ticket is not a tax-deductible donation.
Last day to obtain tickets is July 30, 2022 or when all tickets are sold out. Winning ticket numbers will be announced daily via website posting beginning on 01 August 2022.
By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the gun(s) won, have intention of using the gun(s) only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the gun(s) won.
The Association reserves the right to draw tickets early; however, a winning number will not be posted until the scheduled date for that gun to be drawn.
All guns won are subject to availability through Ed’s Gun Shop, and Ed’s Gun Shop reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value if the designated gun is not available for whatever reason.

Proceeds of this gun raffle will benefit the Association, a IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to obtain a ticket. Winners must be at least 18 years old to take possession of a rifle or shotgun, and at least 21 years old to take possession of a handgun, and successfully pass applicable background checks.
This raffle is void where prohibited.
All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.
All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of winning ticket holders.
Ed’s Gun Shop, 5560 US 1 Hwy, Vass, NC 28394 will be solely responsible for all transfers. The Association reserves the right to change the location and/or dealer for any transfer. All winning ticket holders must make gun transfers through Ed’s Gun Shop, and in accordance with all applicable laws.
In the event winners need or wish to have the gun(s) won transferred to their local FFL dealer closer to their residence, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner, and arrangements must be made directly between the winner and Ed’s Gun Shop.
All transactions related to taking possession of firearms won in this raffle are executed by and at the discretion of Ed’s Gun Shop. If a winner fails to claim a prize within 60 days of the winning number posting to the website the winner forfeits that prize, no exceptions. If a winner fails to complete required paperwork within 60 days of the winning number posting to the website the winner forfeits that prize, no exceptions. If a winner fails a background check then the winner forfeits that prize.
Winning ticket numbers drawn are still eligible for the remaining drawings. All sold ticket numbers will be included in each drawing. (You can win more than once per ticket!)
Winners will be notified, using the name, phone number, and e-mail address that the winner has provided during online checkout. In the event that The Association is unable to contact the winner it is the sole responsibility for the winning ticket holder to contact Ed’s Guns Shop to claim their gun. Winning ticket numbers and names will be provided by The Association to Ed’s Gun Shop. The Association will make one phone call to the number listed on a winning ticket and send one email to the email address listed on a winning ticket. Failure of a winner to claim their prize within 60 days of drawing date forfeit that prize.
Guns are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the gun.
ALL GUNS MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 60 DAYS AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN.
Any guns not claimed will become the property of The Association.
The Association makes no warranty of firearms; winners will deal directly with Ed’s Gun Shop or the manufacturer if a problem arises.
The Association makes no claims of firearms suitability of purpose of firearms won.
The Association limits any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket obtained.
